Our Story

The idea for HeelSoles was born out of real-life frustration. While working in footwear retail, our co-founder Jakub saw how many customers returned shoes simply because they couldn’t stand the discomfort. Paired with Catalina’s background in marketing and branding, we set out to solve a problem that so many people quietly endure every day.

We spoke to friends, family, and coworkers, and the feedback was unanimous: heel pain is one of those “normal” problems people just accept. But why should we? That’s when HeelSoles was created — a simple, effective insert designed to protect your heels before the pain begins.
